Terms of Service
Effective 24 July 2026 · Audra is made by Questera Marketing
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Questera Marketing ("we", "us") covering the Audra desktop application and the audra.greta.sh website. By purchasing, downloading or using Audra you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Audra.
By downloading, installing, or using the Audra application — the macOS .dmg or the Windows installer — you agree to these Terms of Service. The Windows installer is not yet code-signed: Windows SmartScreen will show a "Windows protected your PC" warning on first run, which you can proceed past via More info → Run anyway. We are in the process of completing code signing for Windows; this warning will be removed once it's in place.
2. Licence
- A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Audra, including free updates across version 1.x.
- One purchase covers both macOS and Windows, activated on one computer at a time. You can move it between computers (including Mac ↔ Windows) by deactivating (About → Deactivate) and re-activating.
- New installs include a 7-day free trial; after it ends the app locks until activated with a valid licence.
- You may use Audra for commercial work (including client reports). You may not resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app or licence codes.
3. Local operation — your device, your data, your responsibility
- Audra runs entirely on your own computer. Audits execute locally and all output — projects, results, exported reports — is written to your own disk, using your own storage space.
- We do not store your information on our end (see the Privacy Policy for the narrow licensing exceptions), and we have no copies of your reports.
- You are responsible for your device's storage capacity, for backing up files you care about, and for securing your machine. We are not responsible for any data storage on your device, nor for loss, corruption or deletion of locally stored data.
4. Acceptable use
- Only audit websites you own or are authorized to test. You are responsible for complying with the laws and the terms of the sites you audit.
- Don't use Audra to overload or disrupt websites, or attempt to break the licensing system.
5. Purchases, pricing and refunds
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout; promotional launch pricing may change without notice.
- Since a 7-day free trial lets you evaluate everything before buying, purchases are generally final — but if something's wrong, email support@questera.ai and we'll make it right.
6. Requirements & third-party software
Audra requires a supported macOS (Apple Silicon) computer or Windows (10/11, 64-bit) computer, and an installed copy of Google Chrome, which it drives locally. Audra is powered by Google Lighthouse and axe-core and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC, Deque Systems, the OpenJS Foundation, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Microsoft, or Apple.
7. Disclaimer
Audra is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Audit results, scores and recommendations (including AEO and SEO checks) are informational — we don't guarantee search rankings, AI citations, or that every issue on a site will be found.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to Audra is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data stored on your device or loss of business.
9. Termination
We may terminate a licence that materially breaches these terms (for example, licence-key abuse or redistribution). You can stop using Audra at any time; sections 3, 7 and 8 survive.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the app will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
