AudraTerms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective 24 July 2026 · Audra is made by Questera Marketing

The short version: Audra is a desktop app you buy once and run on your own computer. Everything it does — audits, reports, storage — happens on your own device, using your own disk space. We don't store your data on our end and aren't responsible for what's stored on your machine. Use it on sites you're allowed to audit, and be reasonable.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Questera Marketing ("we", "us") covering the Audra desktop application and the audra.greta.sh website. By purchasing, downloading or using Audra you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Audra.

By downloading, installing, or using the Audra application — the macOS .dmg or the Windows installer — you agree to these Terms of Service. The Windows installer is not yet code-signed: Windows SmartScreen will show a "Windows protected your PC" warning on first run, which you can proceed past via More info → Run anyway. We are in the process of completing code signing for Windows; this warning will be removed once it's in place.

2. Licence

3. Local operation — your device, your data, your responsibility

4. Acceptable use

5. Purchases, pricing and refunds

6. Requirements & third-party software

Audra requires a supported macOS (Apple Silicon) computer or Windows (10/11, 64-bit) computer, and an installed copy of Google Chrome, which it drives locally. Audra is powered by Google Lighthouse and axe-core and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC, Deque Systems, the OpenJS Foundation, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Microsoft, or Apple.

7. Disclaimer

Audra is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Audit results, scores and recommendations (including AEO and SEO checks) are informational — we don't guarantee search rankings, AI citations, or that every issue on a site will be found.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to Audra is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data stored on your device or loss of business.

9. Termination

We may terminate a licence that materially breaches these terms (for example, licence-key abuse or redistribution). You can stop using Audra at any time; sections 3, 7 and 8 survive.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the app will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
