Privacy Policy

The short version: Audra is a desktop application. The entire product works on your own computer — every audit runs locally and every report is a file on your own disk. We do not store your data on our end. The only information that ever touches our servers is what's needed to sell and activate licences, plus website analytics — cookieless aggregate stats, and Google Analytics only if you accept the cookie banner (see section 2).

1. The app runs entirely on your computer

Audits run locally, using the Google Chrome you already have installed.
Your projects, audit results and exported reports are stored as plain files on your own disk. They are never uploaded, synced or backed up to us — we cannot see them.
The app contains no telemetry, no analytics and no tracking. It does not report usage, crashes or the sites you audit.
Any API keys or credentials you enter in the app stay on your device. They are stored locally, used only by the app on your computer, and are never transmitted to us.
The app only contacts our server for licence activation and deactivation (below).
The Windows installer is not yet code-signed. Windows itself (via SmartScreen/Microsoft Defender's reputation check, not anything Audra adds) may send the installer's file hash to Microsoft the first time you run it — this is standard Windows behaviour for any unrecognized publisher's software and is outside our control.

2. What we do process

To sell and support Audra we process a small amount of information:

Purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We receive and keep your purchase email so your licence works.
Licence activation. When you activate, our server verifies your email (via a one-time code) and stores an opaque, anonymous device identifier so a licence is used on one computer at a time. This identifier cannot be used to identify you or your machine outside Audra.
Support. If you email support@questera.ai, we keep the correspondence so we can help you. Diagnostic reports are only shared if you choose to attach them.
Website analytics. This website (audra.greta.sh) — not the app — uses two tools. DataFast runs on every page: cookieless and aggregate, with no names, no emails and no cross-site tracking profiles. Google Analytics 4 is different, so we ask first: it sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*), derives an approximate location from your IP address and sends that to Google. It loads with Google Consent Mode set to denied, so it stores nothing and sets no cookies unless you press Accept on the banner; Decline (or ignoring it) leaves it off. Google Ads personalisation signals stay denied and we never enable them. To change your mind, clear this site's cookies and site data and the banner returns.

3. What we never collect

The websites you audit, or anything about them.
Your reports, projects, scores or findings.
App usage data, crash logs or telemetry of any kind.
API keys, passwords or other credentials you enter in the app — they never leave your device.

4. Your storage, your responsibility

Because everything Audra produces lives on your own device, you are responsible for that device's storage space, for backing up any reports you care about, and for anything you do with the files it creates. We have no copies and cannot recover data that is deleted or lost from your machine, and we are not responsible for data storage on your device.

5. Retention and deletion

Licence records are kept for as long as your licence is valid so it keeps working. To ask what we hold about your email, or to have it deleted, contact support@questera.ai. Deleting your licence record will deactivate the product.

6. Third parties we rely on

Stripe — payment processing.
Netlify — hosting for this website and the licensing endpoints.
An email delivery provider — sending one-time activation codes.

Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes will be noted on the site.
